Welcome to Dream Weaverz Home (dreamweaverzhome.com). By accessing our website, placing orders, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms incorporate our Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy (linked in site footer). If you don't agree, please don't use our site.

1. Use of Website

For personal, non-commercial purchases only—no bulk buying, resale, or distribution without permission.
Must be 18+ years; provide accurate information (name, address, contact) for orders.
Prohibited: Hacking, spamming, scraping, or infringing our intellectual property (bedsheet designs, images, content).

2. Orders & Payments

Doorstep Returns Available—see Return Policy for easy 3-day filing via website.
Prices shown include GST; final at checkout. We may correct pricing errors or cancel orders.
Same-Day Shipping for most orders (see Shipping Policy); cancellations allowed only within 2 hours.
Payments: UPI, cards, net banking secure via gateway. COD requires ₹50 advance (adjusted in final amount).
5% off prepaid orders; COD incurs extra charges to cover collection costs.

3. Products & Quality

Products shipped in original packaging with tags. Unboxing video mandatory for damage/missing claims.
Minor color variations possible due to screens (3-5% size tolerance from manufacturing).
Items used/washed ineligible for returns/exchanges per policy.
Freebies, sale items, carpets/blankets (2nd exchange ₹500 fee) have restrictions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping >₹799; ₹50-100 below (pincodes vary). Same-day dispatch unless notified.
No open package inspection for COD—verify on delivery or face policy limits.
Tampered packages: Don't accept; video helps claims processing.

5. Returns, Exchange, Cancellation (Key Summary)

3-day window from delivery for unused/unwashed items with tags/box.
No Questions Asked exchanges for defects/damages/wrongs; returns processed 4-14 days post-QC.
Max 2 exchanges per order; cancellations within 2 hours only.
Delivery/COD charges non-refundable; store credits for lower-value exchanges.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, product images, descriptions owned by Dream Weaverz Home.
No copying, reproducing, or commercial use without written consent.

7. Privacy & Data

Governed by our Privacy Policy—personal data used only for orders/marketing (opt-out available).

8. Liability Limitations

Liability limited to order value. No responsibility for indirect damages, delays, or misuse.
Force majeure (weather, courier issues, holidays) excuses performance.
Products sold "as is"; quality per manufacturing standards.
